Contribute to the success of Security Operations in Canada by executing and delivering team goals aligned with business strategies. Ensure all activities comply with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Foster a customer-focused culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage bank resources.
  2. Monitor, collect, and analyze incoming requests to identify issues impacting the Bank; communicate findings to stakeholders.
  3. Identify, categorize, and process risk-relevant information; notify management via incident reports.
  4. Manage requests from stakeholders, assess risks, gather documentation, and support risk mitigation.
  5. Prepare evidence and documents for investigations, supporting internal and external partners.
  6. Collaborate with law enforcement and financial institutions on criminal investigations and security issues.
  7. Use security systems to detect, analyze, and respond to incidents affecting employees, clients, or assets.
  8. Support Security Operations Centre activities as directed.
  9. Consider the bank’s risk appetite in daily activities and decisions.
  10. Stay updated on policies and regulations, ensuring compliance.
  11. Promote operational efficiency and a high-performance, inclusive environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  1. Undergraduate degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Experience in incident management, security, law enforcement, financial services, dispatch, customer service, or IT preferred.
  3. Knowledge of bank IT systems and security controls.
  4. Understanding of Canadian retail banking products and services.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
