Job summary

Bell seeks a Security Operations Coordinator to safeguard our facilities and IT infrastructure in Merritt, BC. You’ll be the first line of defense, blending security expertise with a strong customer service mindset.

Work 24/7 in an on-site role, monitoring access, CCTV, incidents, and coordinating with emergency services while supporting employees and visitors. First Aid & CPR and reliability clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate security or infrastructure security is preferred.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations such as PIPEDA.
• Ability to coordinate with emergency services and maintain incident reports.

As a Security Operations Coordinator, you’ll help ensure a safe, secure, and controlled environment across our facility—supporting people, assets, and mission‑critical systems. You’ll be the first line of defense, combining security expertise with a strong customer service mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and control building access; verify credentials and manage visitor logs

• Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
