• Pay Rate: $19.05 per hour
• Requirements: Valid and current CA Guard Card & Training Certificates
• Attire: Business attire
• Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight; available 7 days a week

Job Description

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities. Acts as a visible deterrent, reports suspicious or criminal acts, and ensures safety for property, clients, guests, and employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• State/local licensing requirements must be met
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, clean record, and minimum insurance
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Availability to work flexible hours and multiple locations
• Customer service skills and intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods
