Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Must have a personal Vehicle.
• Previous healthcare or patient watch experience preferred.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous observation of assigned patients as directed by hospital staff.
• Ensure patient safety by preventing self-harm, elopement, or disruptive behavior.
• Maintain a calm and professional presence at all times.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and supervisors regarding changes in patient behavior.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Follow hospital protocols, confidentiality policies, and security procedures.
• Assist with de-escalation when required using approved techniques.

Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Landsdown street HawkesburyCanada.

Title: Security Professionals

Location: Landsdown Hawkesbury, Ontario

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $20.95

Shift Times: 23:45-07:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous observation of assigned patient(s) as directed by hospital staff.
• Ensure patient safety by preventing self-harm, elopement, or disruptive behavior.
• Maintain a calm and professional presence at all times.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and supervisors regarding any changes in patient behavior.
