Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Hawkesbury On Canada.

Position SummaryThe Security Professional - Patient Watch is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors within a healthcare facility. This role involves continuous monitoring of assigned patients to ensure their safety, prevent harm, and provide support in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Mandatory Required Vaccines:

Must sign an attestation for the following vaccinations:

• Mantoux test (tuberculosis)
• Measles/Rougeole (proof of vaccination or serology)
• Measles/ Oreillons (proof of vaccination or serology)
• German Measles or Rubella (proof of vaccination or serology)
• Chicken Pox Varicelle (proof of vaccination or serology)
• Covid vaccinations - 1 shot is mandatory
• Highly recommended (but not required): - Hepatitis B -Flu Vaccination

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous observation of assigned patient(s) as directed by hospital staff.

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.

• Must have a personal Vechile

• Previous healthcare or patient watch experience preferred.

• Strong observation and communication skills.

• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.

• Professional demeanor and strong conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
