Job summary

Kibbi is hiring a Security Guard to safeguard retail and public spaces. You will investigate unlawful acts, enforce regulations, monitor activities and respond quickly to incidents, while assisting clients with special needs and ensuring safety for staff and customers.

In this role, you will operate security control room equipment, patrol assigned areas, conduct security checks of passengers and luggage, and prevent theft. The position offers full-time hours and on-site work in Surrey.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Work language: English.

Responsibilities

• Investigate unlawful acts of employees or patrons of establishments
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and to monitor establishment activities
• Operate security control room equipment
• Patrol assigned areas
• Perform security checks of passengers and luggage
• Pick up and deliver cash and valuables
• Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments
