CAREER FAIR DETAILS

Looking for a great opportunity in security? We are hosting a career fair to connect with security professionals for backup/reserve positions in Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Mississauga areas.

This career fair will be held at our North York office on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Candidates must bring physical/hard copies of their resume, First Aid and CPR certificates, and Ontario security license. Security License and First Aid certificates are mandatory; candidates without these will not be interviewed. No exceptions.

Dress to impress and ensure you arrive before 2:30 PM. No interviews will be conducted for those arriving after the start time.

POSITION OVERVIEW

To join our team, you must be available to work at least 3-4 shifts per week across multiple locations, own a vehicle, and meet the requirements for Reliability Clearance through the Government of Canada. Candidates interested in supervisory positions must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Pay Rates

• Backup / Reserve Security Guard: $26.25/hr
• Security Shift Supervisor Backup / Reserve: $29.90/hr - $30.45/hr
• Control Room Security Supervisor Backup / Reserve: $33.62/hr

Shifts

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday and Saturday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
• Access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to work in a campus model (multiple site locations)
• Availability to work 3-4 days per week
• Must meet the requirements for a Reliability Clearance through the Government of Canada (5 years residency required)
