GardaWorld is seeking a Security Guard in North Bay, Ontario, for a full-time position. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, rapid incident response, and detailed reporting to protect premises.

You will perform foot patrols and manage access control while coordinating with law enforcement when needed. The position offers a robust education path through GardaWorld Academy, uniform provision, and diverse shifts to support career growth.

What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths.

As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as security operation centres , call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Schedule: Full-time - Monday to Friday - Rotational (2 weeks of afternoon shifts followed by 2 weeks of night shifts)

Shift Timings: 15:00 - 23:00 (afternoon shifts) & 23:00 - 07:00 (night shifts)
