Job description

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. Conducts periodic patrols to check for irregularities, inspect protection devices, and fire control equipment. Maintains order and enforces regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and premises. Controls access to the site through the admittance process. Patrols the site on foot or in a vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances/exits, mechanical issues, and unauthorized persons. Protects evidence or scenes of incidents such as accidents, emergencies, or investigations. Responds to incidents including fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, flooding, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other emergencies. Prepares logs and reports as required. Specific duties may vary and be documented separately. Not all functions listed may be required; additional duties may be assigned or modified based on business needs.
