Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard at High Profile - Secure Data Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia. The role involves providing security and monitoring services 24/7 across multiple posts, including screening, access control, patrols, and surveillance.

Applicants should have BC Security Guard Licence, at least 2 years' experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work during days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, and other security concerns.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and calls for service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to tenants, residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Enforce property rules, regulations, and site-specific procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and security vulnerabilities.
• Support emergency response procedures and coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and electronic documentation in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and professional environment.

Employment Type: Casual

Shift: 0700 - 1500 ; 1500 - 2300 ; 2300 - 0700 Monday to Sunday

Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Security Guard at High Profile - Secure Data Centre to join our team in Kamloops, British Columbia. This position involves providing security and monitoring services 24/7, with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets. Provide professional security services across multiple posts within a high-volume at distribution facility, including Screening SP,access control, patrol, and surveillance operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of Security Guard experience is required.
• Experience working at high-profile commercial
