Job Description

Position: Security Guard - Concierge (Temporary)

Period: June - September

Pay rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hr

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday

Shift: Afternoons

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Concierge to oversee our residential site in Toronto (June - September). The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work evening shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Must have Residential Security experience
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other staff
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communication
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction
• Support property management with additional tasks as required
