Qualifications

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of designated areas.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies professionally.
• Verify identification and manage entry points.
• Observe security cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Provide assistance to employees, tenants, and visitors.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures.
