Responsibilities of a Security Dispatcher

• Oversee communications in designated geographic areas
• Consult with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity
• Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities
• Record and maintain data and dispatch information
• Notify staff of road or traffic issues
• Organize resource allocation efficiently

Qualifications for a Security Dispatcher

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in both French and English (bilingualism)
