Responsibilities for Control Centre Security Guard

Oversee communications in selected geographic areas

Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity

Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities

Record and maintain data and dispatch information

Notify staff of road or traffic problems

Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications for Control Centre Security Guard

Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Have a good command of French and English (bilingualism)

Be available to work a flexible schedule

Be eligible to work in Canada

• Must have a minimum of 12 months of security control centre/dispatcher experience
