Job Overview:

Responsible for delivery and support of the Give & Go security program, protocol development, risk analysis, and investigation of security issues. The role includes oversight of physical security operations across all facilities to ensure a safe environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a safe work environment across all Give & Go facilities.
2. Provide frontline support to all facilities, including the head office.
3. Coordinate and launch security projects.
4. Communicate and educate staff on security measures.
5. Monitor daily security requests such as access control, CCTV audits, and technical support.
6. Support security portal requests and audits.
7. Track and support security systems and third-party security vendors.
8. Educate employees on security systems at the plant level.
9. Act as the point of contact for access control issues and incidents.
10. Report incidents, audit reports, and prepare summaries for executives.
11. Support HR inquiries and investigations related to security.
12. Manage key control and access code tracking.

The Recipe for Success:

1. At least 3 years of security experience.
2. Knowledge of project management best practices.
3. Experience with security systems, including access control, intrusion, and video surveillance.
4. Understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security software.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt.
9. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
10. Valid G class driver’s license.
