Job description

As a Security Consultant on our Residential/ Small Commercial Sales Team, you will design and sell customized security solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive your own success through proactive lead generation. You’ll confidently educate clients on the value of security systems, helping them safeguard what matters most while growing your book of business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Meet with residential and small commercial clients to design and sell custom security solutions.
Generate leads through self-driven prospecting activities and respond quickly to company-generated leads.
• Manage your day efficiently, organizing your sales pipeline through our CRM (HubSpot) to keep track of all activity and ensure goals are met.
• Confidently handle customer questions, educating them about our products and providing tailored security solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport in every interaction.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, continuously learning to improve your product knowledge and sales approach.
• Handle objections with a clear, structured approach, addressing concerns and maintaining resilience in the face of rejection.
• Demonstrate integrity and make informed decisions, knowing when to walk away from deals that aren’t in the best interest of the client or company.
• Participate in weekly collaboration and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about new products.
