We are seeking a Security Concierge to join our team! Using the latest technologies, we ensure our residents' safety and peace of mind. If you can think quickly and deliver excellent customer service, we want to meet you!

This position is a temporary 6-month contract. The successful candidate must be available to work Tuesday through Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Responsibilities
  • Be a visible presence on site to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents
  • Provide excellent customer service, including opening doors and assisting with bags
  • Conduct site visits and patrols on foot, inspecting all exterior and interior areas such as walkways, stairs, water drainage, building numbers, vacant apartments, trees, sheds, benches, garbage bins, fire hydrants, lights, recreational areas, and entrances/exits
  • Ensure all signage is visible and in good repair
  • Inspect parking areas for damaged or abandoned vehicles, expired plates, or missing plates; monitor visitor parking and potholes
  • Replace burnt-out lights as needed
  • Perform garbage pickup, snow removal, and touch-up painting as required
  • Make phone check-ins with Customer Service
  • Maintain a neat and recognizable image in uniform
  • Complete daily reports and send to the supervisor
  • Record all correspondence in tenant records
  • Respond to lockouts, noise complaints, and assist with on-call maintenance
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service or security experience preferred
  • Security license required

  • Computer literacy, preferably with web-based programs
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with tablets is an asset
