About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Analyst II to join our Data Protection group. You will analyze the impact of quantum computing on cryptographic systems and develop strategies for a secure transition to post-quantum cryptography.

What You'll Do Here

1. Research quantum algorithms and their potential to break cryptographic methods.
2. Evaluate vulnerabilities of current cryptographic protocols against quantum capabilities.
3. Apply cryptography knowledge to deliver post-quantum crypto solutions.
4. Identify and assess post-quantum cryptography algorithms and standards.
5. Develop strategies for migrating to PQC algorithms.
6. Collaborate with advisors and developers to integrate PQC solutions.
7. Monitor advancements in quantum computing and their implications.
8. Contribute to cryptography standards and best practices.
9. Analyze performance and security of PQC implementations.
10. Stay updated on research in quantum computing and cryptography.
11. Communicate technical findings effectively.
12. Potentially develop new quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions.

What You Bring To The Table

1. Understanding of classical cryptography and protocols.
2. Knowledge of quantum mechanics and quantum computing principles.
3. Familiarity with relevant quantum algorithms.
4. 3-6 years of experience in cryptographic analysis.
5. Programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
