Plan, direct, and ensure smooth operation of all on-site security protocols
Oversee access control systems, including card creation, user permissions, and system updates
Monitor and adjust staff schedules to ensure full site coverage and reduce overtime
Provide detailed daily operational and incident reports to management
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant security needs and access requests
Coordinate contractor access, security coverage for events, and suite key requests
Lead emergency and incident response, liaising with law enforcement and providing surveillance evidence as required
Participate in community and stakeholder meetings to address safety concerns and enhance security strategies
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
WSIB approved First Aid/CPR certification
Availability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations
Clean criminal background
Eligible to work in Canada
