Overview:

  • Our client is looking for a partner-level lawyer with broad-based securities and corporate experience. In this role, you will play a significant part in the group’s public markets practice.

What you must have:

  • 12+ years of experience in securities law and corporate/commercial matters, including experience in the mining sector.

  • An existing full or partial practice with an established client base and a desire to expand.

  • Expertise in:

    • Public and private financings.

    • Continuous disclosure and securities regulatory compliance.

    • Mergers and acquisitions.

    • Stock exchange listings and related regulatory requirements.

    • Corporate finance and general corporate transactions.

  • A leadership mindset, with experience mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the strategic growth of a practice group.

  • Exceptional client service, interpersonal skills, and business judgment.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Salary/Rate Range: $250,000.00 – $350,000.00
