You will support administrative tasks, data entry, attendance, and confidential record-keeping for principals and teachers. Applicants should have a Grade 12 Diploma and excellent secretarial and communication skills, with at least 2 years in an office setting and familiarity with Word and Excel.

The Niagara Catholic District School Board invites applications for Secretarial Support (casual). Our casual Secretarial staff work on an on call, as needed basis, filling in for Secretarial or Administrative staff who are away or on a leave. This position requires a high level of computer literacy in various database programs.

As a condition of employment, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory Police Record Check, dated within the past six months of the hire date.
