A forward-leaning tech organization is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Manager to lead and mature its cloud security operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This high-impact role blends technical depth with strategic oversight, offering a unique opportunity to shape cloud-native defenses at scale.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, DevOps, and risk — embedding security into fast-moving infrastructure and application pipelines without blocking innovation.

Expect to architect and tune real-time threat detection, manage compliance automation, and respond decisively to emerging risks in a complex, multi-cloud environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both tactical response and long-term security architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in security operations, cloud security engineering, or related domains, with deep hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Proficiency with cloud-native security tools such as AWS GuardDuty, Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, or GCP Security Command Center

• Strong command of cloud IAM, network segmentation, API security, and automated incident response workflows

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools such as Veracode, OWASP ZAP, SonarQube, or Snyk, and experience embedding them in CI/CD pipelines

• Working knowledge of WAF tuning, bot detection, and DDoS mitigation across multi-cloud networks

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, SC-200, Google Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP, or OSCP

Daily Responsibilities

• Hands-On Engineering: 70%

• Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
