For the 2025/26 school year and beyond, Pacific Christian School is seeking teachers who are passionate about walking alongside teenagers, guiding their learning, sparking curiosity, and nurturing their formation. We invite educators who see teaching as a calling, who delight in shaping both minds and hearts, and who desire to cultivate a learning environment where students grow in knowledge, faith, and service.

With anticipated openings in areas such as Indigenous Studies, English – First Peoples, and French 8-12, we welcome candidates who bring passion and experience to more than one area. In addition, candidates should:

  • Possess current British Columbia teacher certification
  • Have a vibrant Christian faith and a desire to foster Christian faith formation in young people
  • Desire to become an active, contributing, collaborative member of a professional learning community
  • Have demonstrated organizational and planning skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills with both adults and young people
  • Have experience in the following areas:
    • teaching in a middle school or high school setting
    • employing teaching approaches that are responsive to 21st-century learning needs and best practices
    • integrating Christian worldview and employing pedagogical practices that reflect and support Christian formation
