Ralls ISD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Social Studies Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in mathematics to secondary students. This individual should be committed to fostering a positive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement.

Teaching Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in social studies.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies and curriculum standards.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Valid Texas Teaching Certification or enrolled in an Alternative Certification course.
  • Experience teaching at the secondary level (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of literacy instruction and curriculum standards.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience and district pay scale.
  • $225 towards health insurance.
  • Matching 2% annuity.
