Job description

The Vancouver Board of Education (VSB) welcomes applications for the position of : On-Call Secondary Math / Science Teachers. Only candidates who are fully qualified in this subject area will be considered. The Board's general requirement is that TTOCs be available for call-out on 50% of the instructional days in any month.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education
  • Undergraduate Degree in Mathematics / Science and/or successful teaching experience in Math / Chemistry / Biology / Physics at the Secondary level
  • Membership in or eligibility to become a member of the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB)
  • Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service (TQS)
