Job summary

Ardian is seeking a co-op intern in Montreal to support investment activities from day one. You will assist in financial modeling, valuation analyses of private equity funds and companies, and prepare investment recommendations for Ardian's global investment committee.

Ideal candidates are May 2026 graduates or current students eligible for co-op, with prior finance experience, and fluency in both French and English.

Qualifications

• May 2026 graduate or undergraduate student eligible to participate in a co-op program.
• Undergraduate students with anticipated graduation date of December 2026 will also be considered.
• Previous experience in finance - investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in investment functions such as financial modeling.
• Perform valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies.
• Prepare investment recommendations for Ardian's global investment committee.
• Assist with ad hoc reports and projects as needed.

Job description

The intern will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team. Key responsibilities include supporting the team in investment functions such as financial modeling, valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies, preparation of investment recommendations for Ardian's global investment committee, as well as various ad hoc reports and projects as needed.

Profile
