• Graduated from a recognized culinary institution with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive culinary experience in a large kitchen or similar environment.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Prepare all food items pertaining to your station in a timely manner
• Maintain production levels and meet or exceed guest expectations
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Control waste and spoilage in your department
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
