Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Prepare all food items pertaining to your station in a timely manner
  • Maintain production levels and meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Control waste and spoilage in the assigned department
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Attended a recognized culinary institution, completed or in the process of completing a culinary program, with at least three (3) years of progressive culinary experience in a large kitchen or similar environment
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
