Responsibilities

• Influence store environment positively in line with leadership and goals.
• Lead ALO Flow initiatives to drive sales and optimize productivity.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate on store goals, initiatives, product launches, and guest-facing programs.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model to guests through testimony and knowledge.
• Leverage tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
• Protect daily schedule to prioritize best business strategy with leadership.
