PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

The purpose of this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Maintain operations at the retail supply location, following the maintenance schedule for facility and equipment.
2. Manage inventory and product distribution, drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested, and stock/move warehouse products and materials.
3. Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel, and maintain the facility and equipment image.
4. Contribute to achieving goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Coordinate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT procedures as applicable. May be required to drive and run local errands. Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of retail-related experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory management and mechanics.
2. Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
3. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Frequently lift 51-70 lbs as needed.
4. Work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) frequently.
5. Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
6. Willingness to work hours outside of normal schedules to meet seasonal demands.
7. Participation in required training related to GROWMARK’s policies and position-specific requirements.
