Job summary

Best Buy Canada’s distribution team in Brampton is hiring a Warehouse Associate to move products through Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, and Replenishment. You will operate equipment safely, ensure items are received and stored correctly, and maintain accurate paperwork and data entry.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexibility for shifts, and a team‑oriented attitude. This is a hands‑on position at our Brampton DC with opportunities for growth and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., with consistent bending and twisting.
• Positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive, team‑focused work environment.
• Flexibility for shift changes and overtime during peak periods.
• Walkie and Clamp licenses (or in the process of obtaining them).
• Strong performance record in productivity, accuracy, and attendance.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the movement of products throughout the distribution center across Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Order Processing, and Replenishment.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Ensure all products remain in perfect condition and ready for customer distribution.
• Unload trucks and break down shipments based on SKUs and purchase orders (POs).
• Consolidate received freight to support efficient put‑away processes.
• Perform accurate put‑away and replenishment tasks so items are stored correctly and ready for picking.
• Build and wrap pallets according to customer and shipment needs.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Enter data accurately into computer systems and RF scanners.
• Meet all performance and productivity targets.
