What You Will Do

• Handle the proper application of crop protection products
• Operate all spray equipment, including but not limited to side dressing and line spraying
• Spray and calibrate pesticides
• Operate computers on equipment
• Mix, load, and apply pesticides/fertilizers
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Assist mechanic
• Maintain application/spray records
• Pick up and deliver products to customers, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Tractor driving experience
• CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements preferred
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Applicator's and Fumigation License preferred
• Previous application experience preferred
• QAL/QAC certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $16.50 - $19.25 per hour. This range is estimated for a Seasonal Tractor Driver in Five Points, CA. Actual salary and benefits may vary based on location.

Our benefit package includes paid sick days. Due to the temporary nature of this role, it does not include other benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, or incentives. This position is eligible for overtime and other pay elements as required by law. Nutrien will comply with all relevant regulations.
