Irving Oil is seeking a Seasonal Technician Helper in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The role supports field technicians with manual tasks, lifting, carrying and delivering items while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include aiding technicians, prepping trucks for maintenance, delivering paperwork, and helping with daily reports. The role emphasizes a strong safety culture and on-the-job training.

As a Seasonal Technician Helper, you will assist technicians with labor intensive aspects of their job. Your goal will be to help with manual labor components as well as lifting, carrying, holding in place and retrieving/delivering items.Your success in this role will increase efficiency and provide a safer working environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians
• Prepare the truck for equipment and maintenance

Your Experience:

• Previous experience as a field helper is considered an asset
• Prior knowledge of TDG an asset

The expected hourly rate for this position is $18.00-$21.60. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
