Responsibilities include:

• Helping clients complete their tax returns using TurboImpôt and providing guidance on complex tax situations.
• Reviewing and preparing personal tax returns, including those with complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and assist clients effectively.
• Interacting with clients via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation.
• Experience with professional tax software and handling complex tax situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
• Additional experience with corporate (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns is a plus.
