Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Vancouver for part-time, on-site work to enhance guest experiences and uphold the ALO Brand Mission during peak periods.

You will manage inventory, support shipments and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards while collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in and around store areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb stairs/ladder and stand for long shifts.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Self-motivated with team collaboration.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the store/GM to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships for efficient operations.
• Ensure safe work environment through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist with company-level operations directives with the Ops & Visual team.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment for product flow.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and guest satisfaction.
