Job Highlights

Our Seasonal Stock Teammates keep our stores running smoothly during peak seasons, ensuring our products are always available for customers. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential by managing the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining brand standards in shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. We Count On Our Stock Teammates To

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized and clean

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability
• Willingness to learn and use technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential job functions

• Experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise. They report to the Store Manager and may assume Sales Specialist duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product flow and store operations
• Support omni-channel requests
• Maintain visual standards and customer experience
• Follow SOPs for shipment, replenishment, and merchandising
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies
• Collaborate with team members and pursue self-growth

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Proficiency with computers and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Physical ability to handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg and move about the store
