Groupe Nordik Inc. is hiring for a kiosk agent in Winnipeg for the holiday season.

The role runs from November 2026 to December 2026, with full‑time and part‑time shifts available and free spa access during employment. Responsibilities include informing guests about spa services, identifying needs, upselling, selling gift certificates and merchandise, opening/closing the kiosk, and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 2 shifts/week over the term of employment.
• Comfortable with a computer and Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with information about spa services and products.
• Identify customer's needs.
• Create sales opportunities and upsell gifts certificates and merchandise.
• Open and close the kiosk and maintain heavy customer traffic.
• Follow all company policies and brand standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
