What You'll Do:- Produce quality food experiences for our guests, lead the kitchen team, and hire amazing people.
- Maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and supervise all food preparation ensuring presentation, quality and standards are met.
- Ensure cooking stations are stocked and coordinate ordering of supplies on budget and on time.
- Provide guidance and training to kitchen team members.
- Manage food and product ordering, keep detailed records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage.
- Verify the food storage system and ensure all staff understands the importance of proper food product dating and organization.
- Act as an ambassador of our employer brand, seeking top talent for the kitchen team.
What You Have:- 2-3 years culinary experience is required.
- Prior experience in a supervisory kitchen role is an asset.
- Food Safety certification is required.
- Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while remaining calm.
- Strong team player with the ability to bring others together.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of workplace culture.
- Ability to view situations from different perspectives.
- Ability to work professionally and diplomatically with others.
- Flexible schedule required.
