Pay: $25.94 / hour

Shift differential: 6%

Benefits include:

  1. 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked
  2. $500 Sign-on Bonus (after 45 days)
  3. Health and Dental Package after 45 days or opt out for $1.00 increase after 3 months
  4. $1000 Completion Bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm / 9 am - 5 pm

Seasonal Shipper (Forklift Operator) – until September 30, 2025
Responsibilities:
  • Perform assigned tasks safely and proactively identify hazards
  • Follow warehouse processes to ensure compliance
  • Verify inventory using RF scanner during shipping/racking
  • Perform forklift checklists before shifts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Load trailers according to established patterns, ensuring product quality
  • Report unsafe acts, damages, and discrepancies
  • Attach tags or labels as required
  • Manage relationships with team members to meet department goals
  • Understand and strive to improve department KPIs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age 18
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Distribution is a plus
  • 2+ years forklift driving in high-volume environments
  • Strong adherence to safety standards and policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to attendance
  • Experience driving double-wide counterbalance forklifts is an asset
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
