• Provide expert product knowledge to drive loyalty and profitable sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless customer journey and brand standards.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, leaving a lasting impression.
• Know inventory availability and customer requests; provide product feedback to store leadership.
• Adhere to and reinforce La Senza brand standards and safety practices.
• Support loss prevention through honesty and engagement with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with merchandise prep and ensure pricing aligns with markdowns and promotions.
• Replenish merchandise to maintain full, attractive displays per standards.
