Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Canada to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our store network.

You’ll welcome customers, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked selling floor while staying aligned with the CHARM service model. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, a team-first mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Team-first approach in fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the CHARM service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing feedback and aligning with Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Work with Store Management to meet personal performance goals with effective selling.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying updated on product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
