Job summary

Vessi in Vancouver is seeking a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and drive sales. You will demonstrate deep product knowledge, embody our core values, and provide standout customer service.

The role involves daily store operations, cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, water-themed environment. A fast-paced retail setting suitable for individuals with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable in-store experience for our customers.
• Drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction through product knowledge and service.
• Perform day-to-day store operations: opening/closing, POS and cash handling, fitting, merchandising, stock receiving and processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including footwear cleaning and water installations/fixtures.
• Other duties as required

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures
• Other duties as required
