Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Langford, BC. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized while supporting daily operations and stock duties as needed.

Ideal candidates are energetic, capable of working flexible hours including holidays and weekends, and comfortable with technology. This seasonal, part-time role offers an employee discount and opportunities for future roles.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
