Under Armour, Inc. in Richmond, BC seeks a Holiday Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain store appearance during peak seasons.

This part-time, hourly role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the team. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate POS, stock and organize merchandise, and participate in Omni-channel requests as needed.

Qualificações

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate with the team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy and perform other tasks as assigned.
