Description

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service, merchandises, processes sales, and maintains the store’s cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities Include

• Create a friendly environment by greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching customers, and being knowledgeable about products.
• Stay updated on current sales and promotions.
• Assist in merchandising displays and store cleanliness.
• Replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock, and process shipments.
• Process purchases at the cash register.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods and climb ladders.
• Move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.

Availability Requirements

• Days, evenings, and weekends.
