Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
2. Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and appealing.
3. Operate the register, processing sales transactions and promoting additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram updates including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
4. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
5. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
6. Support stockroom organization and store cleanliness to ensure smooth operations.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join our team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
