Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can access their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix updates.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
