JD Sports Canada is hiring part-time seasonal Sales Associates at Cross Iron Mills, AB. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experience and supporting the store team in daily operations.

You will handle POS, assist customers, stay updated on products, and help online order processing. Candidates should have fashion retail knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Keep current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Processing and assembling orders for our online store.

The Role:

Our Retail team is looking for a part-time seasonal sales associates at our Cross Iron Mills location. Come be a part of our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. A sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role of ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.
