JD Sports Canada is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates at Vaughan Mills, ON. This on-site, winter seasonal part-time position focuses on delivering outstanding guest experience and assisting with store operations.

You will handle POS transactions, merchandising, stock replenishment, and customer service while learning about fashion trends and brand updates. Join our growing team and help customers find the perfect gear for the season.

Responsabilités

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at the store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Keep current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational to customers in culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for our online store.

A sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
