Job summary

Northern Reflections is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Canada to join a collaborative team across its brands. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build meaningful customer relationships, and promote the loyalty program while representing our fashion-forward lineup.

As a seasonal team member, you will meet daily sales goals, handle POS transactions, and keep the store visually engaging. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through product knowledge and company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.

• Follow company directives and loss prevention procedures.

Experience& Qualifications:
